Weddings at the Cathedral

Owing to the fact that Rochester Cathedral is not a parish church it is necessary to obtain a special licence from the Registrar in order to get married here. He will normally only grant such a licence where there is a strong connection with the Cathedral, e.g. if you are a member of the Foundation, a staff member or a regular worshipper at the Cathedral.
If this applies to you then please write to the Dean to obtain his permission in the first instance.
